We are looking for an algorithm for "moving weighted probabilities". The algorithm will need to choose / draw a placement from a distribution and to adjust the distribution according to the result for thousands of behavioral conditions.

You should be an expert with hands on with Scala or Pyton and experience with design and develop algorithms for decision problems like "multi armed bandit" (when you need to decide on a strategy rather then a single offer).

Our allocation / attribution problem will never be solved and therefor we can't use "normal" machine learning but "reinforced learning".

You can use machine learning for infrastructure issues (like clustering, processioning, bucketing...).

In the future we will need to work with Akka, that is for distributed model.

We require a detailed CV, references and the finalists will need to sign NDA and pass several Skype video interview.
