Convert MSSQL to Saleforce

We have approximately 2000 loans in our database. We are looking for solution to cost effective and fast conversion from MSSQL to SF. (Final process can't take more than 2 days - Saturday and Sunday)
Each loan has up to 500 data points/columns and it is in 5 tables in MSSQL.
Salesforce has many more tables.
We will provide the Salesforce Database Schema and MSSQL column names and will help you with mapping.
It is one time deal and we are only looking for someone with proven previous experience.
