We are a small firm of consulting engineers based in Hertfordshire, and are looking for a reliable electrical freelance engineer who can assist us through busy periods. Must have access to CAD lighting and cable sizing software.

The design is to include: LV supply and distribution, small power, lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarm to common parts, residential smoke alarms, entryphone, rooftop PV, supplies to mechanical services (boilers, extract, smoke vents). Outputs: floor plans, mains schematic, circuit charts for each flat type. I attach drawings showing the principal services distribution. Delivery: Layouts 2 weeks (5th Feb), schematics,schedules and circuit charts 3 weeks (12th Feb).
