HTML email template:
I have a client who employs 5 people. Each employee wants to send a Seasons Greeting HTML email to their friends in their contact list. The computers in their office either have Outlook or Lotus Notes as their primary email program. I have created the HTML file (basically 1 image with a hyperlink to a website), and just need to document the process my client needs to go though to set up a template, create then send this email to their contacts. This is an urgent job.
