Bids are invited from serious freelancers. Due to criticality of time, the following points should be considered.

1) Freelancers applying lowest bid and completing the task within lowest possible time will be given priority.

2) Freelancer is required to post the solution task in 02 milestones. The initial milestone payment (50% of payment) will be released soon after the completion and delivery of 75 % of task. The 2nd milestone payment will be released after the delivery of 100% task solution.

3) The price of task will be decreased to 50% if the selected freelancer submits the solution file within 24 hours after the expiry time. For example if each sub-task worth USD 6$ and the freelancer is unable to complete the task in specified time then within 24 hours after the end time he will get 3$ for each completed task.

4) The price of task will be decreased to 25% if the selected freelancer submits the solution file within 36 hours after the expiry time. For example if each sub-task worth USD 6$ and the freelancer is unable to complete the task in specified time then within 36 hours after the end time he will get 1.5$ for each completed task.

5) No amount will be transferred to freelancer if he delivers the time is exceeded from 36 hours after the expiry time.

Note: Find the attachment plz and open the pdf file "[url removed, login to view]". The freelancer has to complete tasks of chapter-5. It should be noted that there are total of 14 tasks in chapter-4. These tasks are listed on page#32, page#34, page#35 and page#37.

Note2: Comments should be provided to each and every line of the matlab code. Moreover explain the notes on a word file if stated in a certain task.
