I need an engineer experienced in programs like SAP to make the memories of calculation of a scaffolding tower, 25m high ,
The scaffolding tower will be used to make repairs at a height of 25m in a building
I am going to make a ringlock scaffolding tower , and I need an engineer to help me make the memories of calculous of all forces, momentums and loads on each point of it.
I will provide the number of pieces, weight of each one, height and all sizes,
The freelancer must provide me with:
Diagrams of tower
Forces on each point
Maximum load capacity of tower
Dead load
The scaffolding tower is formed by pipes 48,3mmx3,5mm hot dip galvanized
I am sending below a link with basic towers different heights similar to the one i will make, and the tower will be 24m tall, plus a balcony 1m height , to reach completely 25m
The method considered in the program is the AISC-LRFD 93
or a similar one
Factor safety :4
I need calculation of full load
Calculation of dead load
Maximum load permitted
We need diagrams of
Axial forces
Momentums
Service ratios
Two persons will work on top of tower and they will have 200kg in tools to work ,so those forces must be considered.
Design rations diagrams
Since I am not expert at explaining the project in English well I am including a link for freelancer to check one sample mode of another tower with memories of calculation,a similar job with full pictures and pictures of tests is needed
