BVA Mystery Shopping is an international market research company based in France. It specializes in the measure of customer service quality in stores all over the world.

Objective of the project:
We need to measure the quality of service of online purchase on a wide variety of brands offered by one of the largest search engine in the world.
• Shopper’s profile we look for:
- You are able to work as a freelancer and be able to send us invoices in order to get paid from our company based in France.
- You are available 2 hours per day but it is flexible. It really depends on your own schedule and organization. For example, you can be available one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.
- Very organized and meticulous.
- You have time to go to the post office.
- You are used to purchasing online and you are able to receive packages at home or at your workplace.
• What you need to do (2 scenarios):
1. Main scenario – Mystery shopping PURCHASE (MS)- You purchase an item from a preselected website, receive the item and then (depending on instructions) either return it to the merchant for reimbursement or donate it to the preselected charity organizations.
2. Customer Service by Phone Call or by Email.(CS) – You contact a preselected merchant/brand by phone or email (depending on instructions) in order to raise a question on either the Merchants Retail Policy or regarding a specific product. For example, “Do you offer gift receipt?”, “I need to get this product within 4 days. If I buy this product, when will it arrive?”
3. Fill out online questionnaires.
• Duration:
2 Months and a half. You need to be available for 3 months.
