Convert Excel spreadsheet with vba macros to working webpage

The spreadsheet takes time and temperature values and using 3 formulae calculates the production of 3 compounds in milk that is subject to heat treatment.
The concentration of the compounds is calculated by numerical integration using Simpsons rules.
the spreadsheet provides an option of entering sequential data e.g. in hours, minutes, seconds or in elapsed time e.g. 2, 4 , 6 seconds
A graph is also produced. I am uncertain whether to retain the graph or modify it slightly and would like to discuss this with the coder.
A macro loads the default values. To reduce coding these could be provided as visible default values.
I want a coder to convert this spreadsheet so that it can be used ON Line. I do not need a lot of pretty graphics. A clean easy to use basic design is all that is required. Ideally I would like the webpage produced in classic ASP, alternatively PHP. As a last resort I will accept .net. Note I can probably convert it to work in .net myself.
I am providing a HTML copy of the spreadsheet and a text copy of the main macro.
