Create Microsoft Access input interface

The work is to create a well designed Microsoft Access 2013 application, with the following characteristics:
1. Interface to input data
2. Input Fields: Date, Amount Target Currency, Amount Source Currency, Provider, Account, Source of Funds
3. Date field should open a calendar for date selection
4. Provider, Account, Source of Funds fields are selected through a pending menu during each individual Amount entry
5. Target Currency should be set one time, on opening the Access application, through a pending menu
6. The pending menu list should be configurable by me, I can add and delete any item in every pending menu
7. The Access application should be able to generate reports, display and print detailed list of entries and the one page consolidated data.
8. The Access application should be able to export the entries and the one page consolidate data, to Microsoft Excel
8. The Access application should accept English words as input but also accented languages as Spanish, Portuguese, German, French...without garbling the text on screen or the printed reports.
