- length in meters of different pipe diameters

- Number and type of pits

- Number and type of DB's

- Number and of bends/sweeps

- Number of turndowns

Any other quantities that you may come across

Provide the takeoff in a bluebeam file with each individual measurement labeled and layered in a way that they can be veriefied.

Provide the takeoff in bluebeam in a format that it can be exported to an excel spreadsheet
