The calculation part of this is very simple and the overall project will not take the correct person long. The main focus needs to be on visual design of reports.
If you have a better way propose it to me. I need to manually input information from Google Adwords.
The Goal is PDF reports that give easy to read visual graphics.
Report Needs
The report will generate 2 types of report, monthly & yearly. It needs to look professional and visual with some form of graphs and boxed areas for data.

How it will work
It will have a monthly page for each of the 12 months and an annual overview page comparing each month.
The Calculation
There will be a total of 7 fields to generate the report.
We will input 4 fields, impressions, clicks, cost & leads data
This will fill a further 3 fields. A percentage click through rate & average cost per click & a cost per lead.
Click through rate sum is created by clicks divided by impressions x 100
Average cost per click is created by cost divided by clicks
Cost per lead is created by cost divided by leads
