I want some changes to a template I have bought as seen here

Changes:
Change the Menu bar images to custom image I provide.
add 2 extra pages/link
Change all the pages so that they are like the contact page
On everypage the left box will be a rotating gallery containing 10 images.
The Right hand box will contain text, editable from a text file.
Insert logo on every page.
IMPORTANT: You will NEED to show me that you are a QUALIFIED SwishMAX or SwishMAX2 developer.
