We are looking for 3 or 4 flash desingers. Our company wants to explore this market and we need good flash designers.

They will work by project and they will be paid also by project. When they sign a contract with us, they can put their sites in our porfolio.

We also have projects that paid us with a percent of the profit. We want this designers to understand this, and also accept this payment method.
