Seeking Flash Site Design For Sexy Photographer Portfolio

Seeking someone that is very skilled in flash to create a web site for a photographer portfolio. We are wanting the web site to have a admin area where we can easily upload more images to portfolio.
Here are a couple of the web sites from template monster that we like and would want this to look like but a cross of both and a nice collage look to it.
First template monster template # we like: 16589
What we like on this template is the red and black look to it. Really like the effects between each image.
Second template monster template # we like: 14885
We like the whole runway look to it and the sparkling runway effects that show next to it.
We want a cross between the both but something more eye catching, more sexy, and have some type if image collage look with a hover over, pop up effect when looking at each image.
Flash intro: We are wanting a flash intro that will be nice and display many of the pictures we have. Something very eye catching, professional, sexy, and diamond text effects.
We want web site to stick out from all others. Red and black theme, sparkling text effects, flash intro, and new logo.
Please provide sample work of sites you have done in the past. Especially if it is similar to a sexy girls photographer web site.
