Flash Presentation for Virtual Reality Suit - FPS Games

We are working on a Virtual Reality suit which combines an HMD and flak jacket for a completely immersive FPS gaming environment. The product is in prototype / production phase at present. We need a good Flash programmer / web designer who can help create an initial animated 3D model of the suit and HMD (from what is presently 2d snapshots and drawings) and integrate these into a presentation for our homepage. The quality of work should be nothing short of awesome and if the work is good we will need future revisions and additions to the site. There are many other features we would like to implement but this is the most important. We need someone who can work quickly and creatively and be able to take initial ideas and expand on them and run with them independently. Familiarity and a passion for FPS games and a knowledge of what FPS gamers like to see is a huge plus. We're looking someone who can share our passion and really get as immersed and excited about the project as we are.
