FLV Player w/ Buffering / Actionscript

I have raw FLV encoded videos. I'm currently using the FLV player object, and passing the FLV dynamically with a paramter. It works great, BUT it doesn't do any buffering, so if a user has a bad connection, they get a choppy video. I need it to pause the video,
