Developer Flutter - Simple ProgressBar & Splash Screen

I need to create a slpash screen and a progress bar. The splash screen should make a JSON request to the service: "[login to view URL]", and get the parameters and save them in order not to make more API requests again. Once it obtains the json data, it will pass to the home activity, where the Json data with its corresponding values will be shown at the bottom. Also as you can see in the image, in the home activity you will have a simple button to go to the next screen/activity, where it will have another button again. But this time the button will be to start the progression bar that will have a duration of 1 minute. In the course of the progression bar you should get the data obtained from the json of the "Splash Screen" activity. I repeat, you should not make the api request again, since the parameters should have been saved so as not to overload the server. Once you load the stored/saved data, you must show the percentage of the progress bar, chaining the text of the obtained JSON. Once the progress bar finishes, it should show or not show a popup with the following message, [True]: "Rob is True", in case of being [False], the popup will not be shown.

The popup window should contain a title, a message and 2 buttons [Cancel], [Ok]

Once finalized the progress bar and if the popup should be shown or not, you should reset all the parameters, in case you press the [Star Progress Button] again.
