Rewrite Funeral Celebrant Documents

I am a celebrant & chaplain doing funerals every day. I have conducted over 2500 funerals.
I need someone to take my notes, thoughts, concepts and ideas and transform them into something new and fresh. I would like 4 or 5 different documents, each containing concepts that I consider important for each funeral.
English fluency is a must. I am not looking for a overly formal documents, it needs to be conversational style, light, positive, encouraging, uplifting, and easy to understand. I like to use quotes, poetry & metaphors for attendees to walk away with something. I hide grief counselling concepts in the presentation.
Im also after someone to write new poetry for me, I would like to give you 10 poems that I love and for you to produce a new poem - something that speaks to the same intent of the poem.
