I Need A Google Ad Words Product Group Split Up Needs Done within an Hour

Hello,
Please see screenshots attached. You will see in my shopping campaign many Product Groups with a single ID for which I can adjust.
At the top of the screenshot for some reason there is a product group that says "Everything Else" And "brick Tiles"
I need these two product groups split up so each individual product is its own product group so I can adjust bids individually.
Please only respond if you know how to do this.
