We have a client with some big issues in reporting on their GA account.
For example, sessions to IE7 increased 19500% on last year.
Bots and spiders are already disregarded in GA settings.
The bounce rate, conversion rate etc are all extremely affected by this. Mostly it seems the problem is with direct traffic. Organic traffic data looks okay but its possible there is also an issue.
We need someone to first find what the issue is and then hopefully give a solution.
