9 Custom illustrations for t-shirts

I'm looking for a professional Illustrator to design some artwork for our customized mash-up t-shirts.
These illustrations are to be sold on t-shirts and as art prints, so :
- We need all illustrations to be in EPS and in TIF.
- We would own all the copyrights of the designed illustrations.
- I'd like the source files upon completion with organized layers so that the colors can be adjusted.
- The artwork / illustration should have the exact same layout and elements as the sample but with It's own unique twist. So you also have to be creative.
- illustration must be designed in a file of 8x10 inches in EPS and in a file of 5x7 inches in TIF.
For now i need 9 illustrations. But I don't have a large budget for this project.

If you can't do a bid lower than $120 US dollars, please do not bid.
Please send me some examples of your work that's related to this project.
I want to find someone that would like to work together on many more of these types of projects in the future. If these 10 Illustrations go well, many illustration-projects will follow. I'm really looking forward to developing a successful business relationship.
I will pay only after project is finished with 100% satisfaction. So no startup money.
