I need a module for joomla 1.5/1.6:

- to put a clickable image in page background (for advertising use, please see attach for example)

- image must be always centered (so resizing browser window it stay always centered)

- image and url for click must be selectable from module parameters

- module must be and installer (not just files)

- no core hack
