Create my logo - sketch provided

Please see the attached drawing of our logo idea. We need you to follow the brief as set out here, and create the logo as a vector please. The whole thing should be in black and white please, but each element should be independent so we can change the colours ourselves.
We haven't decided on a font, but we'd like something thick, but also classy looking. Please experiment and provide us with some options to choose from.
Explanation of the "I" letter - please do one version of the logo with a regular I, and the other with our idea, in which the I represents a dipstick from an engine. It should have a ring at the top, then a thin stick and at the end there are three drops of what will represent paint. The three drops will eventually potentially be three different colours.
Please also create a version with just one drop at the end.
The R and G letters are supposed to represent cogs, and should be interconnected.
