Need a website created for a small business in the Point of Purchase Display Merchandising industry. For examples of similar companies in the industry take a look at these websites:

We already have logo and basic color scheme in mind. We also currently have a Wordpress site built for us many years ago, but it ended up getting hacked due to using old versions of Wordpress that could not be updated because the original designer used hacked version (without letting us know) of a shopping cart plugin and we could not update to later versions of Wordpress because we could not update the plugin.
I could temporarily bring up the wordpress site if someone needs to take a look but right now it's just a maintenance page that is up.
What we need is the basics...header, menu, basic items on front page. Then the following additional pages:

Products
Terms & Conditions
Contact Form
There is no need for shopping cart functionality because pricing is very variable and makes it impossible to list them online. However, a quote request system, where users can add products they want quotes on, would be something we might be interested in, depending on cost and work effort.
