I'm looking for a API developer who can develop a system for us that we can use to integrate with our client's CRMs such as SalesForce.
One of our clients would like the process to look like this:
1. Overnight transmission from Client's SalesForce/CounterPoint à over to the Letter Friend site. API integration with our CRM or RMS platform would generate a daily list of customers (at the store level) that need to have a thank you card sent to them.
2. Daily/Weekly, consultants at each store would “login” to their Letter Friend site and access their auto-generated list of thank you cards needed to be completed for that day/week. It would be ideal to have the customers’ last purchase history visible when typing the thank you card.
3. Consultants type a personalized thank you for each customer and submit the card to print.
4. Letter Friend would print in handwriting-like font, or actually hand write the letters on cards & envelopes.
5. Letter Friend adds postage and mails out all of the Thank you cards.
6. Reporting would be available for franchisees and the corporate office to track how many of the stores’ cards were completed/not completed each day/week. **We would love to have the ability to also view the messages that were sent on the thank you cards so that our franchisees/corporate office could monitor what was being said in the Thank You cards.
7. This process repeats daily/weekly – parameters would be set on which customers do or do not receive a thank you card (ex: all customers, only new customers, customers that hadn’t shopped in the last 90 days, etc.)
