Social Network

I'm not going to describe too much because I don't want to give the idea away.

I need a social network system: One that allows the user to input their username, full name, password, email and location(Needs to be exact, to the postcode).

This must all then be used once they've logged in, as their profile(Like a social network).

Then, I need Google Maps, spread out in a fullscreen view, with a floating box of the users profile.

I'll need a friends system too. The picture displayed will be what the users profile page must look like. They must also be able to view their friends pages, which will show the same layout but with their friends box instead of their own. I need a security system that means they can only see their friends pages. Friends = people who have requested to add them, and who they have accepted as their friend

You'll need to know a bit of CSS as we'll be needing different themes etc. Javascript or jQuery knowledge will probably be needed, as the box itself needs to be fairly transparent, and needs to be able to be dragged around etc, or minimized.

Note: This idea IS patented. Whilst it's unlikely you will be able to figure out what it is based on this information, any attempt to replicate this idea will lead to a legal team contacting you.

At the moment, we want a quote of how much it'd cost. We've got a rough estimate ourselves, so we will know if it's way too high.
