Hi there,
I need a website creating and i am looking for the best price with good clean code and visually appealing effects, this will be ongoing work because it will need to be amended and updated as we will require changes to be made as and when we deem it necessary.
The website will be more of an auction style site but with a difference? we will issue numbers that users purchase for cash for the goods they hope to win that we will make available.
I must own the code and all rights to it.
