Change the color pallete

I have some images that need to be changed by using a different color pallete .
This will be a long term project( 2 to 3 months)
The payment will be paid with each set of images.
Usually a group will contain around 20 to 30 images.
You need to change the colors of the pictures using any software ( photoshop is preferred)
Once a set of images are given to the selected freelancer he or she should change the colors of the images and submit back to me.
Then I will release the milestones and the project will be closed.
Second set of images will be given as a new project. So the selected freelancer gain more reviews
My budget is 10 usd for each set
By the end of this long term project you will have around 30 image sets to adjust color
