Convert to Higher Resolution

I'm having a sign made for my business. However, my logo artwork is not good enough. The sign making company told me how to fix the problem in the paragraph below.
i, do you have a higher resolution file? This one is small and pixelated when I have to enlarge it to fit the size of the sign. For best results, we prefer 300 dpi or larger or the resolution to be 2000px x 2000px or larger or an .ai, .eps, or .pdf.
I would prefer a PDF file.
