Bring live the custom CRM system developed for Emtek on Emtek Server with all functions should be working smoothly and without bugs.
On Admin Side:
Sales Rep Management:
Allow to add user/sales rep accounts. With permissions to Manage Customer, Add Customer, Edit Customer, Add Project, Delete Follow Up Notes.
Sales Team Management:
Allow all users/sales rep in the same Sales Team to see each others' cases.
Task Management:
Add tasks to be selected under Case To Do (in user/sales rep panel)
Laboratory Management:
Add laboratories to be selected under Case (Add/Edit)
Industry Management:
Add industries to be selected under Case (Add/Edit)
Cases Management:
View of all created cases. Delete cases
Customer Management:
See all added customers. Delete customers
On User Side:
Dashboard:
Calender to show scheduled follow ups for logged in sales rep (user). Projects list to show Active Projects. Note List to show still uncompleted (active) to do tasks.
Customer Management:
Add/Edit customers and contacts (multiple). Add follow up notes/schedule next follow up dates to be shown on Dashboard.
Cases Management:
Add/Edit cases. Add To Do Tasks to cases to be shown on Dashboard when uncompleted (active)
