Design a Brochure and create logo into .pdf and .ai file

Step 1: Recreate / Create the logo in attached file into .psd and .pdf and .tiff and .pdf file in color and black and white (and any file the printer would want it in). Not sure of current font - it seems to be close to Fanwood Text. Need to make sure that there is a transparent background in one of the files. Please let me know what font is used.
Step 2:
Create brochure. It needs to look professional, clean, and trustworthy. I have the content in the attached link.
