Require somebody who is familar with the common bug of the avatar cropping on Buddypress.

I need it repaired, so when uploading an image - It allows user to select the circle area they wish to have in their avatar. Currently my version is broke and just uploads a broken avatar.

If good will hire for more bigger work.
