I need an app developed which allows a user to enter a goal and then either be reminded periodically about the goal or have the app send a message to a person in their contacts to keep them accountable for the goal. They should also have a profile that keeps track of their goals current goals and allows them to see what they have achieved. It is a very simple app mechanically so the most important quality I am looking for is someone skilled in user experience so that the user feels motivated to achieve their goals.
