I would like to design and build an IOS/Android app. I know I can produce a game that will rival Pokemon Go..I've had this idea even before the Pokémon Go launched..in fact up to 6 years ago and they are using features I'd planned to use and now I know it's what people want I'm inspired to reactivate my game plan.I need a gang of awesome game designers to work for a contracted share of profits on game launch not up front cash. The reasoning behind this is that I believe people work better if they are motivated by owning a share of something not just taking a salary and they invest themselves more because it belongs to them. I have a solid idea with good Intellectual Property so the foundation is in [login to view URL] team will be unique and made up of a number of people willing to work in a non traditional way with long term payback. This is like a crowdfunding by freelance set up.I'm using the Intellectual Property I already own to get this moving. The game concept is outlined but can be open to great ideas by designers too. It will be fun and socially interactive for all ages and adds a special dimension of being more shareable socially and personally than any game a I've seen.
