i need blue prints drafted for a seamstress to easily sew and put together a bookbag. i am not picky on design. just a standard bag with one or two exterior pouches.

2 inches should be added to the length and 1.5 inches added to the width of the attached list of average back sizes of school children.

IMPORTANT: there needs to be interior space that cannot be accessed for a polythelene foam plate to be sewn into the bag. this is suppose to be light weight bullet proof bookbag.
