Need designer to make logo for our trip

Going on a fishing trip with a few guys. Id love to make a custom hat or shirt with a custom image. Something with a fisherman with a bent fishing pole. Were going to alaska so maybe have the outline of alaska and a fisherman in the middle(just an idea). Were going after salmon so maybe include that. Also the name of the trip is "salmon slayers" if it fits in the image great if not I was going to put it on the back of the hat.
