Need a website designed in html5, simple chat interface, should be responsive and very very fast....
only functionality is this ...i type something in the chatterbox and software checks if the question is in mysql and returns the answer for that....this part needs to be modular as depending on keywords in the chat, we should be able to call different modules and get output from them...
oh and yes, a div is required on the main page wherein the modules can push content (along with a forward/back button for the div)
All this will be protected by a modal window requiring user to signup, verify email and login before he can use the app...
Website needs to come up perfectly on most mobiles with a look optimised for mobiles...
except for the functionality, which can be in php or java, rest everything should be in html5 with minimum use of javascript (only as required) and leave out the ones not required...
if you are able to do this right, then we can proceed with the phase-2 of this project
