Redesigning Catering Menu

We need to re design our current catering menu. We have recently rebranded our catering company and would like the new menu to look fresh and new.
I am attaching a black and white 10 page menu for content purposes only and a sample copy full color menu (the front and back bi fold) as an example of the style, as far font and graphics we would like. I will the placement of the menu items up to your creativity.
Most of our customers will be printing this menu from their printer so it needs to be printer friendly. White background, 10 pages or less, black and white (I'd like to possibly use color graphics on the first page only.)
