T- shirt Graphic Designer

We are seeking a graphic artist for support in our apparel business.
You will be provided the wording and design idea for our T-shirt lines.
We welcome your input.
Expect a lot of work. We will have over 300 designs in circulation. Ones that aren't meeting our sales standards will be replaced on a continuing basis. Continually we will have at least 50 designs ready to replace those we remove. Add to this our seasonal lines and you can get a picture of the amount of work.
We would like a ball park figure on your price per design. Any feedback on this matter is welcomed. A sample must be provided upon request if no prior designs have been submitted for review.
I've attached 2 samples of works we like, these are from other artists. We want something similar to these abstract styles.
