Two E-book Covers for Amazon

I need a cover page for my E-book to be listed on Amazon. I need a colorful cover page with these words on it (see attached picture). Do not bid if your price is over 100 USD
- I need to have a super-volcano explosion, color picture as the background of the cover page (you provide the picture)
- Impose (put) the words on the picture nicely with pleasant style and color you think best
- Format the cover for size 7.5 x 9.25 inches for AmazonKindel Online Publishing
- I need two cover pages: One cover page for E-book, and on cover page for paper back copy
- Must be done in the format required by Amazon (I think pdf files with the correct pixels allowed by Amazon)
- The book is about 100 pages
- Need experience artist who did E-book covers for Amazon before
