Build Chrome Kiosk App

I require a simple Chrome Kiosk App that will consume various data sources. The app will be built in HTML and AngularJS.
The app will require NO interaction other than that required to undertake initial configuration which should use browser local storage for persistence.
The app will alternate between 2 main views (pages) at set intervals.
The app will be configured with the absolute path to a video feed to be displayed via HTML5 <video> tag.
The app will also consume various third party data from an external api and that will be configured in the short term by simple input of a "LocationID".
Using the API feed, a simple bar/line graph will need to be built to display the data. Examples can be provided.

Background images, logos and fonts will be supplied, plus a style guide and static example.
Future development work upgrading the features of this app will also be a likelihood over the coming months.
