I want to develop a email editor. Here are the specifications:
Email newsletter editor: CKEditor or SendGrid (or other approved editor) in a vb.net winforms application
(we are using spicelogic for the moment but it works not like we want; it works not good enough for people haveing no html- knowledge.
Create a generic vb.net winforms usercontrol with following functionalities in the editor:
- Create/ edit/save templates on local directory
- Prefect editing without any html knowledge
- Send via email via a given smtp-server with perfect result for all e-mail clients ect
- Perfect integration of images (link to local image library)
- Possibility to parse some parameters like <FIRSTNAME>, <LASTNAME>, ... before the email is send
- Copy-Paste from WORD
- Disable/Unvisible unnecessary buttons and functionality of the editor
- Put some standard styles/formats (header 1/ header 2...) as given by the client template examples
- Create some basic templates as given by the client template examples
So we have already a working solution with Spicelogic but it's not good enough.
So you make the generic control that I can use in my real environment: This integration I do by myself because it asks to much knowledge of the application itself.
