I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the development of a complete hotel ERP system both online and offlin. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Specific Features:

- Inventory Management: The system should have a robust inventory management feature that allows us to keep track of our hotel's supplies and resources.

-Room sales can be attached with inventory. If we are giving complementary water, it needs to deduct from a specific store.

- multiple stores (transfers can be done from any store to another

- Multiple POS for sales

-Inventory can allow multiple suppliers with multiple purchase price.

Integration with Existing Systems:

- Yes: We need the ERP system to seamlessly integrate with our existing systems, such as our reservation management and accounting software.

-Allow online booking from our website/create a new website

-Integration with hotel door card system

- Integration with mobile money app (mpesa) and Debit/Credit card

- To run across all platforms (desktop/adroid/apple)

- Waiters can use there mobile phones to make customer orders.

-complete Payroll system compatible with kenya statutory deductions.

Timeline:

- Within a month: We have a tight deadline for this project and need it completed within a month.
