I have a leasing service company focusing B2B and I want to get rid of paper documents and start to make electronic offers and contracts for customers with the iPad at the customer site/locations.
I need an embedded pdf form to our crm/secure part of our website with the functions:
- The agreement document (PDF) has checkbox buttons (+-5 pcs) to select our various services. When one checkbox is selected, new A4 page with text fields and contents appear. If all checkboxes are selected, there will be total 5 pages of that PDF file.
- There are also certain checkbox or radio buttons inside the pages that change the content while other visible content on the current page moves up/down to have nice looking layout. For example, if a certain radio button is true / checked, couple of new text fields will appear and other content will move down/up a suitable distance, and so on.
- There will be field: Company ID and when I fill out customer company ID, there should be code which will get all certain company information from another public web page. Here is link to that service provider use for example company id: 0112038-9 to see the sample result. [login to view URL]
I want to get company name, address,telephone, email and website information to form fields automatically.
- There should be also an other similar search. There is more company information available and searchable by using same company id in the web address. Here is a link to service provider. [login to view URL]
I want to get from there E-address, ServiceID and operator info to webform automatically also.
- Once the document is completed with the customer's information, it is sent for signature process with an adobe sign. I have a web server (Azure) and adobe pro dc for enterprises and adobe sign for enterprises services.
