Can you make an online html 5 mp3 player?

I would like to offer an online html 5 player that will load the Flash content instead if html 5 does not work.

The idea is to type the url of the mp3 file, click a few options and bing! It produces the code to insert in your html.

The process is explained here:

We could use the google flash player:

If the html 5 does not work.

The result should work without problem on an Ipad or Iphone.

Can you do that? With autoplay option?
