My company is building a hybrid mobile app for use with iOS and Android.
Need phonegap plugin to:
1) display list of nearby wireless connections in the mobile app. After user selects wireless connection, store password and username in phone

2) plugin also has the function to connect to any wifi with a particular string in the name. For example if the parameter string is "Mark", connect automatically to a wifi network with the name "Mark". If more than one, display list of wifi nearby with the string "Mark" so user can select.
