100 page A5 Training Journal - mostly the template is required inside the journal. There are 13 different covers with my 12 existing runners for the front pages and all of the runners on one cover......Simple back page with 5 lines of wording.....1st two pages have personal information and contents.....81 pages have identical templates for 'Todays Run' - there will be 3 per page...There will be 4 pages for a Race Log - a simple template.....There are 4 pages for the Running Shoe Log (3 to a page) in the shape of a footprint... A conversion page showing miles to km conversion (1-50 miles)... Stretches will be on 4 pages with 2 illustrations per page (8 small illustrations required in total with no background) with a little text regarding the description of stretch..... finally 2 pages for notes with lines throughout page.... A beautifully coloured training journal.
