Trump Caricature on Pirate Flag (Vector Art)

I'm looking for a designer who can **very quickly** create an ORIGINAL strong image of Donald Trump's head & face as a pirate in 4 solid colors (no gradients) or less on a black background. You may not use or copy anyone else's images or stock illustrations. Must be 100% original drawn by you.
Use the attached images as a guide but do not copy exactly. Make a few small changes but the style, colors, and outline of the example without eyes is very close and basically what I am looking for. Trump should have an eye patch with two crossed cutlasses (pirate swords) under his head and a serious look on his face.
The image will be screen-printed or printed on-demand, so the image needs to be fairly simple. The image must include commercial rights and original source files.
** My budget is $100 USD or less. ** Preference will be given to someone who can provide an example in their bid, willing to make minor changes until the image is right and can deliver the job quickly. Thank you!
