We are a start up financial services provider now seeking a temporary with a view to permanent content specialist to play a pivotal role in marketing our social media content.
Description
The position will be responsible for the development of creative and compelling content that increases the organizations digital footprint. Duties of the role include:
• Writing and production of content across multiple mediums - digital, social, mobile, print, blog - and effectively measuring the results.
• Devise content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives.
• Grow subscriber base and audience development
• Decision making in recommendations for addressing identified content development needs.
Profile
The successful candidate will be available immediately, have flexibility to work for up to 1 month on a temp basis with potential for further work thereafter.
• Qualified in relevant discipline
• Strong experience in producing content for the web specifically
• Experience building audiences either online or offline
• SEO experience
Requirements
• Experience producing sharp digital content and social media campaigns
• A profound knowledge on using platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Ability to research trending content and "listen" to what's being said online
• Capacity to understand the goals of our clients and produce content marketing/social strategies that embrace these objectives
• Capacity to work strictly to deadline – goal-oriented individuals will thrive in this environment.
• Former experience in account management also a plus.
