Card game app for iOS

I am always thinking of new ideas but never seeing them through. Until today.
Having spent a lot of time playing online monopoly and this particular card game similar to Uno has given me this idea.
I would like someone to help me build an app where the rules are fixed, however options to toggle/change some rules should be allowed.
The app should allow players to share an invite code to play in a room/lobby. The ability to add bots also.
I will design a set of additional playing decks that users will be able to purchase.
If you have seen this then I know you have read this, I will only consider genuine replies, that are written for me and have not been cut, pasted and sent to multiple people. This may be time consuming so am willing to accept just a few sentences. This will help me eliminate time wasters.
There will be no chat function enabled but a selection of pre written “Shouts” and “Actions” will be available to use.
Users should be able to to customise the skin tone of their hands of possible and also be able to add jewellery, at a cost.
There should be a score board, King of the hill.
If you feel you could help that would be great, I don’t have much money but I understand that skills and time go into this.
